Art Show is Over

The Manatee art exhibit is over and the children's artwork is hanging in the office and in the hallway by the art room. The office will be closed until July 6th, I hope you are all having a great summer vacation.

Almost Famous

During Read Across America week Ms Patricia Goff came to our school to read to one of our classes. When she walked past this bulletin board, she fell in love with a couple of the paintings and wondered if she could buy them. Ms Goff has a collection of children's art and she offered $25.00 for each of these two girls paintings. They were thrilled and after getting permission from their parents the transaction occurred. Here they are with the paintings. Great job and congratulations!

Best School Store Workers Ever!

What a great crew I had working the school store this year. Our store is a fund raiser for the art program and I thank everyone who shopped there this year. Thank you Tyreke, Cody, Cydnee, Andrew and Sammy. You guys rocked the school store!
