The Great Copy
These 3 second graders copied the Statue of Liberty from my computer after they finished their work. My school is Freedom Elementary and every year we have a school-wide patriotic assembly on Nov. 12th, so we've been focusing on patriotic symbols in art class and they wanted to continue working on the theme. The Statue of Liberty is a challenge to draw and they did a great job!
Bat Drawings
Learning to draw by copying is a tried and true method and nowadays it's so easy to find images of line drawings for the kids to copy. These were drawn by third graders.
